About Mason
My work is shaped by lived experience, personal transformation and a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal.
Having walked my own path through addiction and recovery, I understand healing as something deeply personal. It has taught me how to face what I once tried to escape, reconnect with my body and begin trusting myself again.
Ceremonial work and Kambô played an important part in that journey. I have worked with Kambô for ten years and have been facilitating for the past two. My work has since grown to include breathwork, energy healing and a more somatic understanding of the nervous system.
My approach is calm, grounded and human. I create spaces where people can slow down, feel safe and explore healing in their own way.
